One of my favorite things about hotel stays (as opposed to airbnb or crashing at a friends’) is room service.
Ok admittedly, the seared ahi tuna loin with sliced avocado, orange supremes, shaved red onion, mixed greens, and wonton crisps served with a Wasabi ginger vinaigrette wasn’t very fresh and had to be sent back; however, the jumbo lump crab cake with tomato fondue was a hit:
