Finishing off a month of zen-inspired fitness with an après-Ashtanga Yoga meal of scrumptious stir-fried veggies and brown rice @ Reebok Sports Club/New York:
I’m pretty sure my monthly totals are off, but I reckon that I completed something like 10 hot yoga classes, 2 bikram classes, 8 Barre classes, a handful of ashtanga and warm vinyasa classes, 13 miles of hiking, a spin class, and a couple of trampoline and intense climbing gym sessions from March 3 – April 2.
In other words, I totally earned this past weekend’s foodie vaycay in the Bay Area (yeah, right).
