The Fourth of July holiday weekend is the perfect time to explore the spoils of southern Maine: from the spectacular endless beaches of Ogunquit to stunning sunsets at York Harbor. 

We were looking for a special experience in Maine, and had the good fortune to spend the weekend at Wrap Around Porch.  Hosts Denny and Aimee went out of their way to make for a five-star stay. 

Incredible beaches are within 10 minutes of scenic driving, while nature hikes are right outside their front door. From the farm to table breakfasts, dancing dog Rosetti, phenomenal sunset views, and beautiful porch, this is New England at its very best – down to every charming detail.
