Resolutions seem to be as easily discarded as they are made. I’ve stopped resolving what inevitably feels disposable, and started challenging myself to do more of what already feels good.
Having spent my last evening of last year and first weekend of this year finding balance on my hot yoga mat, it feels good to welcome 2015 as my bikram new year.
I’ve challenged myself to practice Vinyasa- and bikram-based classes in 105F (!) 3x/week at my new local yoga home, Be Evolution.
