Cleveland Foodie

I spent most of the week in Cleveland working, yes – but admittedly,  there was some eating involved, too.

One of my favorite things about visiting Cleveland is the impressive selection of restaurants run by some of the hottest chefs in town within a small vicinity.

Bryant Evans’ Pura Vida in downtown Cleveland takes the cake for creative,  fusion dishes such as jerk duck wings, queso fundito, and Korean fried chicken:

Of course there’s Iron Chef Michael Symon’s Lola and his lobster appetizer:

And Hodges’ salmon plate with Asian fried rice:

The possibilities are endless.  Go CLE!
