Happy Saturday! I woke up quite hungry and craving green juice.
Sometimes, my go-to celery and kale juice just doesn’t cut it in terms of meal satisfaction. That’s when I turn to my blender for support.
Blend pre- juiced celery and kale with a banana, chia seeds, and flax oil for a full-on meal. It kept me going all morning long, even after partaking in some pretty intense upper body exercises.
