After getting caught in a local downpour whilst cycling through the Chiang Mai countryside, we stopped by the hot springs to dry off and relax.
60 Bhat ($2) gets you a towel and private bath to soak away your weary bones and muscle aches (the recommended time for a mineral bath is 15-20 minutes).
The locals like to cook their eggs in the hot springs, which are a balmy 105F. I didn’t have a chance to boil eggs or soak my toes into the hot springs, but I did manage to capture the eggs cooking in cute baskets on film.
