Scenes from a stand up paddle board party,  until it got broken up by local life guards who were concerned (and rightly so) about five and a half foot swells due to weather changes and Labor Day Weekend crowds.

Weather thwarted my first attempt at SUP Yoga at Diver’s Cove in Laguna,  but my awesome instructor Alicia Leith quickly moved our SUP yoga party to nearby Newport Beach…
