My local SoCal BFF Brendan and I kicked off our Sunday with a mildly hilly (872′ ft elevation gain), moderate 5.5 mile hike across the Moro Ridge.

Next up: an aprés-hike massage in Sunset Beach before we hit up OEX Dive for some SUP (stand up paddle board).
