The Versatility of Kale

Something amazing transpired in my kitchen last night: my mate Matt was in town and taught me how to make kale chips!

We enjoyed quite the spread of salmon burgers, crab cakes,  manchego, rosemary crackers, beets, spanish almonds, and curry, paprika,  and garlic salt flavored kale chips. All paired with a delicious Canadian white wine.

My kind of Friday night dinner!
